Wilcox 20 - St. Ignatius 13
The Wilcox Chargers varsity football team defeated the St. Ignatius Wildcats 20-13 on Friday night. The Chargers rushed for 312 yards on 44 carries led by Luther Glenn with 121 yards on 21 carries. A defensive battle for most of the night. Andrew Palacios put the Chargers ahead for good with a 74 yard touch down run. The Chargers forced a turnover on downs as the Wildcats tried to march the field in the final minutes of the game. Wilcox plays the Menlo Knights Saturday November 27th at 7PM for the CIF CCS D2 championship.
